Gambar
August 26th, 2023           Hi, for the first time in my life, I study abroad and it is also the first time to travel by plane. The first country that I have ever visited in my life is Thailand, to be exactly in Lampang Province.  I am very excited and very happy about the trip to Thailand, even though I was a little worried. Everything in my head makes me feel worried about anything. firstly, it is about "what am I to do there?". Of course to learn more about teaching,  especially in teaching sports. No matter what happens, keep learning. I will learn everything in there, about teaching style from every teacher or even Thai culture.     Actually, I have some questions like where can I find the mosque to pray for every Friday or how can I survive there? because we worried about the food that's actually we can't eat but we try to learn more about the halal food restaurants around us. yes, it is all about how do I survive in other c...

The funny thing is that when checking my luggage, the immigration officer told me to take out the contents of my bag because I was carrying 3 bottles of drinking water was my own mother. Gambar
September 11th, 2023      My week of teaching practice at Sea Teacher in Thailand, especially at Lampang Sports School, was an experience I will never forget. This educational adventure combines a love of the environment, local culture, and sports, creating a truly unique environment for learning and teaching.    When I arrived at Lampang Sports School, I was accompanied by a teacher during class who served as a translator when I taught, named teacher tle and teacher cream. I was amazed by the vibrant and passionate atmosphere of the school. The students are very dedicated to various sports and outdoor activities. This is a place where the love of sport and healthy living takes center stage.    During the first week, I focused on integrating lessons about the environment and sustainability into the school's sports curriculum. I was pleased to see the enthusiasm of the students to understand how sport and the environment are interrelated. We do o...

Fourth Week of Evaluation and Relaxation

Gambar
September 9th, 2023     The week of evaluation and relaxation before the final presentation in the Sea Teacher program is a much anticipated time after an intense three week long journey at Lampang Sports School, Thailand. Together with my Sea Teacher friends, I decided to celebrate our achievements with an exciting trip to several interesting places around Lampang.      We started our day by visiting Wat Phrathat Lampang Luang, a beautiful temple that is a historical icon in Lampang. We were mesmerized by the ancient architecture and serene atmosphere inside this temple. We took lots of photos to immortalize these beautiful memories and also bought some traditional Thai clothes as souvenirs.      After that, we tasted one of Thailand's famous foods, namely noodles, at a local restaurant. The food was so delicious and had a variety of flavors that satisfied our taste buds. This was a moment that made us feel like we were truly experien...

Final Presentation

September 20th, 2023      The final presentation day in the Sea Teacher program was a very meaningful closing moment in my educational journey in Thailand. This is a time where we have the opportunity to share experiences, celebrate successes, and enjoy local culture and cuisine.      When I presented about my four-week teaching experience in Thailand, I felt proud and grateful for this opportunity. I talk about the challenges, achievements, and lessons we learned throughout the program. This sharing session allowed us to interact with students at Lampang Rajabhat University, providing additional insight into Thai education and culture.      Then, we continued with cultural performances from each of our countries, namely Indonesia and the Philippines. We present our own dance, music and cultural aspects. It's a beautiful way to celebrate the cultural diversity among us and share bits and pieces of our culture with an audience.  ...
